Tabbound
Consumer rights (EU/UK)
This page is for customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. It sits alongside our Refund policy and does not reduce any right you have by law.
Who you are buying from
The trader is the business named on our Legal notice page, established in Italy. Contact: help@tabbound.com.
What you are buying
Digital content supplied electronically: PDF files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. The full description of what is included is on the product page and on our What's inside page. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include all charges; your bank may apply its own conversion.
Your right of withdrawal, and how it ends
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, EU law gives you fourteen days to withdraw, but that right ends once we begin delivery, provided that you asked us to begin, you acknowledged that you would lose the right, and we confirmed this to you on a durable medium.
At checkout you are asked to tick a box that says exactly that, and your order confirmation email repeats it. If you did not tick it, or did not receive that confirmation, your fourteen days stand and you can withdraw by writing to us.
If the product is not what we said it is
You keep your statutory rights on conformity. If the files do not match the description, do not work as described, or are defective, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund. This is free and it is not affected by the withdrawal rules above.
Complaints and disputes
Write to help@tabbound.com first: we answer within one business day. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and you can always go to the courts of your country of residence.
