Refund policy

Tabbound sells digital downloads in US dollars (USD). Nothing is shipped.

All sales are final

Because your files are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download has been made available to you.

When we do refund you

This does not limit your rights when something is wrong. Email help@tabbound.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace the file or refund you in full if:

• your download link never arrived or never worked;
• your file will not open or is corrupted;
• a link inside the PDF does not work as described on this site;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

We reply to every email within one business day.

What we need from you

Tell us the email address you used at checkout, the file you downloaded (year, format and hand) and the device you opened it on. That is usually enough for us to fix it the same day.
